 February 16^th, Francine Cotnoir became the proud new owner of the Junction 101 Restaurant in Troy. Tina and Floyd Farrell owned and operated the hometown eatery for eight years. Francine plans to continue in the same tradition while adding some personal new touches to the menu and operations. Congratulations Francine!
